Evaluasi Program Pelatihan Pola Pikir Al-Qur’an di Kampus Kahfi Bagus Bina Cendekia (BBC) Motivator School

The KAHFI Bagus Bina Cendekia (BBC) Motivator School campus is a non-formal educational institution that conducts Qur'anic mindset training process to improve the social skills of its students. Campus has now graduated many students become qualified Islamic motivators. However, program still needs be evaluated, so contribution self-development students, and development in general, can known. Therefore, it important conduct research on evaluation program.The purpose this study analyze: 1) context program, 2) input 3) training, 4) results program. approach used qualitative with descriptive method. informants consisted 4 teachers or trainers 13 teenage (20-21 years old). information retrieval technique purposive sampling. model CIPP, which an measure effectiveness programs, seen from aspects context, input, process, product developed by Stufflebeam (1960).The show: (1) met requirements, namely high interest follow join (2) curriculum relevant objectives, (3) regarding media methods sufficient support implementation training. not been fully implemented according schedule, (4) results, quality graduates accordance target. Regarding quantity participants, increased meet target graduates. conducted monitoring continuously attitudes, knowledge, skills.
